coloured contacts

Im excited! I have just ordered 2 pairs of coloured contacts, 1 pair in green and 1 in true hazel.
As well as being excited i am a bit scared as iv never worn contacts before and i think my eyes are quite sensitive.
Im buying the freshlook colour blends which i have read good reviews for, obviously there are some bad ones where people say they are blury in your eyes but the majority are good, and it says after 2 weeks your eyes will sort themselves out.
Im not holding great hopes for the green because its quite subtle and i think i probably should have ordered the bright green for a more dramatic effect. And as for the true Hazel im hoping these will give the Cullen look yum.
My natural eye colour was dark brown but has gradually changed to a strange greeny hazel colour so id quite like to be one or the other.
If these work really well im going to order a blue and possibly the gray which everyone on the site says is the best colour.
Well i will give more details when they arrive, hopefully tomorrow and not in the new year.
bye xxx

I have brought these contacts with my own money, they have not been sent to me and the site are not paying me to review them, i found the site myself i am not affiliated with them.

ELF Haul

Hello everyone
well im here to do a little elf haul/review, I got 7 things but im also going to include something elf that iv had for a while and not said anything about.

Studio Kabuki Face Brush.
This brush is fantastic value for money, at only 5 pounds (my pound sign button has broken) this brush is soft, fluffy and a good size, its not like a mini kabuki. I use this with bronzer and to help buff in contour on the cheek. The only thing which would comment on is that i wish it was a little more dense , although it has good coverage and soft i just wish it was a little more dense for a more defined look. But overall id deffinatly buy this again and recomend.

Studio Powder Brush.
I think this is my favorite off all things that i have brought and i think im going to order myself another one, one for a friend and one for my mum! I absouloutly LOVE this brush its so dense yet soft and is perfect for contouring, buffing product into the skin and im mostly using mine for blush at the moment. I have nothing to complain about this brush and for 3.50 you cant go wrong.

Studio Blush in Peachy Keen & Tickled Pink.
I really like the packageing of the studio line and with the blush you get a little window so you can see the shade as well as a mirror. This blush has glitter in it but its not chunky its more of a sheer cover. Out of the 2 peachy keen is my favorite its such a pretty colour. I also want to get the blush in Candid Coral.

Studio Corrective Concealer.
Im not going to lie im not a massive fan of this but thats only becasue i dont think i really have that much use for it. I dont really get that many spots and i havent got much yellow in my skin, the only problem i have is red cheeks and i dont much want to spear the green section all over my cheeks. But im going to keep it and give it a try on someone else, I might give the Complexion Perfection powder.

Studio Golden Bronzer.
This is my second favorite thing i ordered. When i first opened it i woried that it would be to shimmery but it doesnt look like it once its on the skin it gives a beautiful glow and isnt too dark that you look orange. It comes as a slab with 4 diffrent colours in, i suppose you could use each sepratly but i just swirl it all together with the Kabuki Face Brush, I deffinatly want to order the warm bronzer again, i did once and it came shattered wich put me off a bit but everything in this order came perfectly.
(sorry no picture for this woops)
ELF Eye Widener.
This is my least favorite product that i ordered, its so hard and even if you push hard it just doesnt come out as strong as i would like. It may just be my prefrence but i just dont like this product, i wouldnt order it again.

ELF Mechanical Eyelash Curler.
OMG this is AMAZING! it curles my lashes like no other curler has. I use the jemma kidd curler that costs around i think 10 pounds and this is 1.50 and works 100 times better, my mum has asked me to order her a pair of these and i may just chuck my jemma kidd ones out becasue i dont think il find another clurer that il love as much as these.

Mini Make Up Collection.
I got this free when i ordered over 25 pounds worth of product. iv not really used it just yet but its filled with some nice neutral colours.

Studio Blush and Bronzer Compact.
This is the product that iv had for a while and not reviewd. Its not my favorite, iv never used the blush side only the bronzer side as contour and i think its a bit to dark for me, its ok once you have buffed it in but its hard work, im lazy and id rather have a lighter one.
Anyway that is all my ELF haul and overall im dead happy with it and cant wait till after xmas to order some more stuff especially the brush cleanser, lip glosses and possibly some eyeshadow.
well i hope it was usefull and i hope youv all had a good christmas and got everything your wanted.
bye xxxx

I Brought all of these products with my own hard earnt money and im not being paid for my reviews, all of the opinions i have written are my own.

Products im loving right now

Im finally on the computer after like a month!
I may not have long so im just going to do a quick products im loving blog so here we go.

  • No 7 Skin Illuminator in Peach I really like this product, you apply it under your foundation for that summer time shimmer look, i use it on the C around my eyes and on my cheek bones, chin and forehead. Its subtle but beautiful, i also want to get the pink colour.
  • MAC Eyeshadows and Painpot combo in Constructivist, Woodwinked & Satin Taupe. Im loving this look for an everyday smokey eye when im up in time to do eye make up. After using UDPP i put Constructivist all over the lid as a base then cover it with Woodwinked then blend Satin Taupe in the outer corners and half way through the crease.
  • Prestige Total Intensity Eyeliner. I first herd about this eyeliner when watching one of Juicystar07's videos where she said it would stay on her waterline all day , the only liner i have found that does this is Benefits bad gal waterproof liner, so i decided to give this a go and its now my all time favorite eyeliner and for £5! It smudges for a smokey look when first put on but will then stay in place all day in any condition, i absolutely love this and have it in 3 colours : Deepest Black, Bold Brown and Intense Olive. I strongly recommend this to everyone who wants an affordable long lasting liner.
  • MAC Blush in Cubic. Again i first herd about this from Lollipop26 and i agree with her it does look like a bland colour but i love it, its my go to blusher. I have quite red cheeks anyway so i like to put this on rather than a pink or peach when im just going to work. Its not the most exciting blush but its love for the moment.
  • L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream. Before this winter iv never been big on the hand cream front, i dont like the way it makes your hands feel greasy and most of it smells awful. But this winter i have been addicted to this stuff, il use it 2 - 3 times a day and it sinks into your hands and doesn't leave them greasy in the slightest and it smells like babies! I only have the little tube because it came in a pack i brought for my mum for her birthday and have now stolen this one back, i think i may buy the huge bottle, my hands need it look at the state of them in the pictures, paper cuts galore!
  • Lip Gloss by H&M in Pink Whisper. This is the last sort of lipgloss that i would ever every buy it was like £2.99 from H&M but sarah at work had it in a different colour and it smells so sweet like vanilla ice cream, so i got a different shade, i believe she has English Rose. This gloss is so soft on your lips and isn't too sticky. For £3 you cant go wrong id defiantly try more shades.
Well thats all what im loving right now, along with some unrelated things.....
  1. New Moon Soundtrack
  2. The Mighty Boosh!
Oh and one more thing, when i have some money I am hopefully going to get a massive elf studio haul, my friend has asked me to sort her wedding make up for her on a budget so il let you know how that goes.
Bye xxxxx

I am not being paid to review or say i like any of these products, i have purchased them all with my own hard earnt money, BUT you know if you want to send me stuff then do it i certainly wont complain.

Saturday 12 December 2009

I hate my eyeshadow today

I can not pull off the orange look and have no time to take it off I am writing this while walking.
I used bare study as a base then all that glitters all over the lid with the bronze side of the mineralize duo eyeshadow in engaging = gross

New Moon Party update

First of all it was fantastic they were all stood there infront of me breathing the same air as me and I loved every second of it. We met some lovely new friends hannah and rachelle who without them I'd surley still be wondering around London train stations lost.
BUT there were some bad things.....
1. When we first arrived an met hannah and rachelle straight away we all aranged to go for lunch and to do some shopping, that diidnt happen we qued from 2 till when we went in at 5 (and all this quing was in the cold and rain)
2. I had brought a 2GB SD card for my camera so I could take all the rpatz pics I could manage as well as some Taylor ones for paula, I got on the train turned my camera on and the battery had gone. Of course I couldn't buy anymore because of all the queing so I was just left with my disposable camera which leads me to problem 3.
3. They turned out shit. You really could not see a thing.
4. No cloak room and bastards for security. What more is there to say we were stuck with bags and coats all night which was a bitch but oh well, as for the security we had gotten to the side of the red carpet stage and were behavin ourselfs as we were in the perfect spot to get an rpatz pic and belive me I wasn't about to fuck that up. Just moments before he arrived the security turned into a dick and booted us inside.

That's all the bad stuff I can't really complain it was the best night ever and I'd do it all over again in an instant. Robert Pattinson is even hotter in the flesh, Taylor lautner is also stunning as for Kirsten she's a mess did you see that top (obviously I'm a tad byast but still she really was a mess)

Well that's enough of that no ones cares enough to read this so il shut up.
Just one more thing before I go
I found benefit stuff in tk maxx today best find in the for a while.

Goodnight xxxx

Monday 9 November 2009

omg i actually won

can you tell by my title? i actually got tickets for the twilight new moon party on wednesday!!!
im so dam excited rpatz there in front of me in the flesh i cant wait.
yes the train fair has been expensive and i wont get back till 5 in the morning then have to work 7.24 hours but its worth it for him *sigh*
i will most deffinatly be taking a shit load of pictures mostly of him, i dont much care about the bands lol
love to you all xxx

Teeth Whitening

Ok i read in my nieces magazine about this product and out of about 10 high priced products this came 2nd and for £27 i thought id give it a go. Im talking about Boots Expert Teeth Whitening Programme. You use it twice a day (up to four if you like) for 2 weeks, in the kit you get

  • 2 Moldable teeth thing's like gum shields.
  • Pre whitening Toothpaste
  • Whitening Gel
  • Accelerator
  • Instructions
  • Tooth Colour chart
Im far to lazy to wake up in time to use this product in the morning so most days i have only been using it once apart for the weekend when i can use it twice. I wont post results yet as i haven't finished the programme yet but i will show you the kit and what my teeth looked like to start with.

October Favs!

During october i haven't really worn much make up really iv been so lazy and so iv been rockin the natural look, so here are my October favs

Niva Natural beauty radiance boosting moisturiser
This looks nice , smells nice and does make your face glow when you first put it on but i dont think it lasts throughout the day, i wear it anyway though as moisturising can never hurt.

Maybelline Pulse Perfection Mascara
I hated this when i first got it but its grown on me i now quite like it, its my go to mascara of the moment.

Benefit Bad Gal waterproof eyeliner
even when i dont wear foundation i cant go out without eyeliner
on at all this is my favorite eyeliner of all t
ime, it lasts all day and doesn't smudge and if your find yourself in the rain or crying then your good to go.

Rimmel London Exaggerate liquid eyeliner
i have just been using this lately to add more depth on top of my Benefit eyeliner, i think it just adds to the pale look when im not wearing foundation or eyeshadow etc. it has a hard tip which i like alot better
than a soft fiber tip, cheap and good.

YSL Pure shine lipstick SPF 15 ROUGE
although i dont think this lasts long at all its been the lipstick iv been reaching for since i got it at the beginning/middle of october. It feels/tastes/smells amazing and its a subtle nude look, id defiantly buy this again.

Buffy body butter bar by lush
I have tiny rough patches covering the whole top part of my arms and i herd this works to get rid of t
hem, at first i was skeptical as iv even tried cream from the docs to cure this and they are still here, but this product has significantly reduced them, in fact they are the best they have ever been. although the red marks are still visible there are patches where it has completly cleared up and my arms feel so much smoother. Im now on my second bar of this and will continue
to use this

Valeine Cocoa butter Vitalising gel body oil
At first i tried Palmers Cocoa butter but the smell made me gag so i tried this instead and i love it. it keeps your skin moisturised for hours and it smells gorgeous, kind of like starbucks. So much nicer than Palmers. Although this is near £5 for 200ml which i think is a bit too much id still get it again, i use this on my arms at night to help the buffy along a tad.

Well i hope this was usefull, sorry about the terrible pics i thought i couldnt do another one wihtout them so just done them quickly on my mac.
have a nice november

My first YSL lipstick

Hello, just a quick blog about this beauty i purchased on Sunday.
whilst in town with tom i was just having a quick look and i saw this beautiful colour its a bit more peachy than shown in the picture. I dont usually spend £20 on a lipstick i have only done that before with my dior lipglow which in my opinion was defiantly worth it.
This isn't as matt as i would have hoped , its more of a gloss and although its not bang in your face peach its still pleasant and is a natural nude look rather than the harsh concealer lipped look. This tastes amazing too very fruity and its moisturizing to so i dont have to use carmex underneath. Anyway i would defiantly buy another one of these in the baby pink.
bye x

Bits and Bobs .... and Edward

Ok still not up to date with writing i will stop saying sorry for this soon as its pointless, i will never get to go on my computer that
much until i get a laptop, for which il be waiting a while!

Ok Iv brought a lot of stuff lately and iv been busy busy! I'l start with my purchases....

Iv gone a bit mad on the lip products lately

Rimmel lipstick in 006 Pink Blush
I love this colour its a nice bright/baby pink which is more
wearable than you would think when looking at it like this
and it smells so good like sweets.
Before now iv only really worn glosses and thinks like MAC's
hello kitty pink fish lip conditioner
as i think my lips are quite cracked all the time, but as long as i give a good coat of carmex to my lips first i find it looks good and it lasts well as well. Over all for a low end product I am impressed and it inspired me to wear more lipsticks which are to follow ....

Barry M lipstick in 53
I brought this on a whim when in boots, i stood there thinking
hmm you know what? i want an orange lipstick, i did consider
Barry M's 54 but thought hmmm i dont think i can bring myse
to buy the matt orange so i got this. its more or a coral orange
and its a luster which makes it more wearable in the daytime.
This does not smell as nice as rimmel's lipstick and i have to admit i haven't worn it out yet, only round the house as at the moment im completely loving the dark eyes baby pink mouth look. But whilst wearing it around the house it did last a fair few hours and i have been inspired to wear it tomorrow!

Barry M lipstick in 54
Well i caved in and went back and got it earlyer this week
this picture is not as good quality as the above two but im still getting the hang of my camera, 54 (matt orange) is on the left and 53 (luster coral orange) is on the right.
I have worn this once since i brought it and was laughed at by not only my mother but my boyfriend as well so i think it will be a while until i pluck up the courage to wear it again. I was inspired to buy it after seeing my niece wear it and it looked amazing, seems i cant pull it off like her but i will try again. It is really matt and thick concistansy, i think it will have good staying power.

Maybelline super stay gloss in 103 rhinestone pink
Again this was inspired from seeing becky wearing this when at the pub, im not sure if it was this shade exactly or the more lilacy one that she had on but i love this. I'v used the max factor long lasting gloss and i hated it but i thought id give this a try and iv been pleasantly surprised. You have to wait for the top coat (the colour) to dry on your lips before you add the gloss, it feels thick on your lips but it works after 3 hours of eating and drinking it was still firmly on my lips, it could have done with another coat of gloss but the colour and shimmer was there for the long haul, another low end product worth the price.

MAC's Dsquared2 lipstick in nude rose (lustre)
I was so excited to get this, as we dont have a MAC store in exeter i have to buy mine online so i waited
for my package to arrive to get this and although i still love the colour of the actual lipstick i was SO disappointed only because it is the EXACT colour of my lips! who knew that there would be a lipstick that matches your lip colour so perfectly but this does, i dont believe that looking at this beautifully coloured product that my lips are that colour but apparently they are, when i put this on it makes absolutely no difference at all. If it did Id love it, MAC lipsticks moisturise my lips and i thought it would be the perfect baby pink/nude shade for me.

MAC's Dsquared2 Lip erase lip balm
This looks, feels, tastes and smells like your applying concealer to your lips, i wouldn't be surprised if it is concealer with added moisture. Again i havent worn this out yet and have only applyed it once but it did do the job and take the colour out of your lips and it did look nice and i think with some gloss on top it would look better. I did find though when putting it on it would no
t colour the edges of my lips, if maybe you could find a nude lip pencil it would help the effect. But all in all i think id wear this more than barry M 101

Thats it for the lip products all this has been in the space of around 3 weeks i went a bit mad thats for sure, i must make more of an effort to wear it all!! on to the other stuff....

GOSH foundation Brush
I got this brush as i was wearing my Revlon Colourstay foundation more often than my mac select foundation, and Colourstay is a much more thick consistency than MAC so i found that my usual duo fiber brush just wasn't doing it justice. This brush was i think £12
which i dont mind paying for a brush rath
er than £25 for a MAC one. I like it, it takes some getting used to actually feeling like your painting your face rather than lightly stippling on with my other brush but its all good.

GOSH Nail Varnish in Frou-Frou
its a terrible picture i know. i only got this today so im sorry for not having it on my nails yet, i originally went in to get a blue glittery one but then saw this instead. its hard to describe but its like a pure glitter in a slivery baby pink its got a dark underto
ne to it as well, im not sure what it will look like on the nails but im hoping it will be nice especially for a night out and glittery for the xmas mood, i know its early but i dont like halloween so im
looking past that to xmas and my birthday :) i need to wear more colour on my nails as at the moment i tend to only wear french manicure so this will make a nice change. I will update with a photo soon.

Paul and Joe cosmetics bag
This beaut was expensive £25 for a makeup/travel bag is alot for me, 1 i dont really use make up bags or travel bags because i dont go anywhere but when i do i have to take make up and my brus
h roll which is a pain in the ass because that usually means taking it to work the next day.
I found this badboy in Urban Outfitters in Brizzle when me sars and hannah went there to see tinchy stryder (more on that below) i have never been in Urban Outfitters appart from online and OMG i love it there i could have spent all day there. I saw this on
the tuesday and went home regretting not buying it (as it was £25 may i keep reminding you) but ended up ringing my sister inlaw to pick it up for me and my lovely mother payed for it for me. its a really nice blue and pink floral print on a green floral background, the patterns clash but in a good way. When you open it it has a compartment on the left side that you cant see just a pocket then it has the patterned bag attached to a file like clip as well as a mesh bag, behind that attached to the last part of the insides are elasticated parts for brushes PERFECT! now i can just take my select few brushes that il need and know they wont get damaged without taking my entire brush roll. This is the 1 thing i am looking forward to about going training this sunday the fact that i can make use of this.

And that is Finally all of my purchases for 3 weeks apart from one very important thing....
Edward!! he is my car! yes i have brought my very first car, optimistic i know (which is a change for me) as i have not passed my test yet, i have my theory booked for Thursday so hopefully il pass cross your fingers. Edward (yes named after the cullen kind) is not a new car he is a white Rover 414sli but he is in good condition and i love him, soon enough my make up collection will start spilling over from the flat into him. I havent got a picture just yet but when i do i will surly have it straight up on here.
well im sorry that was a long one i was going to add my tinchy pics and vids but i think il have to make a new post for that.
goodnight x

September Favorites

Sorry again but I still cant find my cable for my digi camera so this will be have to be done with out pictures again.
ok so here is my september favs...

  1. MAC Select foundation in NW20. Mostly in September I have still been using my Mac Foundation, its quite a light coverage and strangely in devon its still been fairly good weather. Although lately at the end of september i have been using Revlons Colourstay more often as it is starting to feel more like autumn i want a thicker coverage.
  2. MAC Bronzing Powder in Golden. Usually in the summer i was using Refined Golden bronzer, which i know the only difference is that is shimmery but for some reason i find its a lot darker than Golden bronzer. So i have been toning down the bronze and going for a more paler face look.
  3. Loreal Studio Secrets Primer. I think this stuff is ok, iv been using it through September (well since i got it a few weeks ago) and it works i find my make up stays on just as well with this as it does with MAC's primer so its defiantly worth the money especially if you can get it in a sale like i did for £10 in superdrug. I really like the consistency its like a really thick moose and its nice to put on your skin, and it doesn't smell funny.
  4. MAC Paintpot in Blackground. The past month when i wasn't at work i was all about dark eyes, i don't care if i was going out in the evening or just going to the shop in the day this stuff was on my lids. I prefer to apply this paint pot with a brush as i don't like getting it under my nails and i find i don't have to apply a shadow over this colour i can just wear it on its own with some UDPP and it stays on just fine.
  5. MAC Hello Kitty collection lip conditioner in Pinkfish. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff, when it came out i made my dad drive the hour trip to the nearest mac shop to get this and i stocked up with 2 in Pinkfish and another in the other colour, i cant remember the name right now? Anyway, i wear this fairly often as it is but i think combined with the Blackground paintpot its perfect and it dries on the lips leaving the nice baby pink sheen to them, il be gutted when i finally run out of this stuff it goes with me EVERYWHERE.
  6. Nailene Pearl White french tip pen combined with Bourjois so laque Nail Varnish in 13 Rose Lounge. These 2 products together give the best french Manicure look which i have been loving in september, it just makes your nails look so tidy and looked after. The french tip pen is a god send, i don't have the steady hand to use a tip varnish so this solid tiped pen you just glide across your nails and it dries almost instantly so it doesn't smudge when you do your other hand. The So Laque varnish is a beautiful light Pink, the colour i wish my nails were 24/7 and it tones down the pearl in the tip pen to a lovely white. Id deffo recomend both of these to anyone wanting a french manicure look in 5 mins.
Well thats my September Favorties, i hope youv enjoyed (which obviously no one has becasue no one reads this) but il write anyway and hopefully someone will lol.
I just done a mini mini haul yesterday which i want to write about but when il be able to i have no idea as my laptop has just died and i cant afford a new one because im buying my first car this month woohoo.
well il write again soon bye xxx

Tuesday 22 September 2009

Couldnt organize a piss up in a brewery

Well I was dead looking forward to reviewing all my new buys and i took photos but to my disgust i cant find the lead for my digital camera so il have to use downloaded photos im so annoyed.
Anyway Il start off with Revlon Colourstay Foundation.
I got 2 Colours, Nude and Fresh Beige. I wear them mixed together as the Nude is rather light and the Beige is quite pinky, although i think i could wear the nude alone. I usually wear MACS Select SPF 15 in NW20 and find this, in terms of colour just in the middle of the 2. In terms of consistency Revlon's Colourstay is ALOT thicker and doesn't stretch as far as the MAC Select which is a bit disappointing but its only drug store make up and i guess thicker is better for winter. Over all I do like it, but i think i will still end up reaching for the MAC when going out.

Ok next up Loreal Studio Secrets Smoothing and Resurfacing Primer.
I have only been using this for 2 days so i cant really say if i hate it or love it right now, i like the consistency of it, kind of like a rubbery foam but i don't feel it resurfaces my face at all, yes i like they way it leaves it feel but i don't think my face looks smoother, saying that i don't have craters all over my face. Im going to cary on using it but i would quite like to get the GOSH primer as well, as well as trying a smashbox one. But for £10 (in the sale) i don't think Loreal Studio Secrets is much to complain about.

I also got Maybelline Pulse Perfection Vibrating Mascara.
I dont have much to say about this, I hate it.
I cant work with thin brushes like the head on this they just make my eyelashes clump and look like spiders legs, I know they are ment to give the false lash effect but i think it gives me the "7 year old playing with mascara" look. Im going to cary on using it as much as I can, maybe with practise il be able to work the thing. I think I would like this if it was a vibrating version of Benefit's Bad Gal Lash which i love.

Fcuk Eye and Lip Palette
Like my title for this post says, im useless. I havent tried this yet but the colours are so pretty and are quite well pigmented when i done swatches on my hand (which i cant get the photos for sorry). This was only £8 in the little christmas gift bit of boots, i really like the pinks and purples of this palette and its not very expensive. You get 18 eye shadows and 6 lip glosses.
I will find a picture for you all to see.

Lastly MAC EYESHADOW IN RICEPAPER.
Sarah got this for me in plymouth a few weeks ago and I finally got it today! when I first saw it i thought it might look a bit like All that glitters but then when i got it home it is nothing at all like it which is good, i dont know why on earth i thought they would be similar? a moment of madness maybe. Anyway i cant wait to use it tomorrow as im rocking the natural colour lid with darker liner and lashes this week.

Sunday 20 September 2009

its been a while

Well my blogging was useless I forgot my password, therefor could not blog anything.
I dont get to use my actual computer very much due to my boyfriend forever being on it, but i will from now make a solum effort to blog more, not that my life is interesting but there you go it keeps me occupiedo.

So much to write about but so little time (must for once try to be at work on time in the morning) Iv been a tad ill the past week with my athsma but for the first time for about five days iv been able to breath joy! anyway to perk me up mother brought be a nice little drugstore haul consisting of
  • 2 Revlon Colour Stay foundations
  • An Fcuk lip and eye pallet (boots christmas gifts out already!)
  • Maybelline Pulse perfection mascara
  • A little tin of Vaseline (not exciting i know, but essential)
I will blog again possibly tomorrow with updates of this and swatches of the pallet and foundation, I swear if i wasn't such a let down in the face and voice department id do a vlog so much easier.

One more little ramble before I go...............
OMG how much do i love Twilight! until yesterday i had no desire to watch it and had no obsession with vampires like everyone else seems to (zombies are more my thing) BUT i started to read Twilight yesterday and its finished and im already on new moon and have brought the dvd, i wont watch it till i have read all the books though. I cant believe i love it so much i really didn't think i would but by chapter five i already loved the Cullen....... not as much as a Henry but still.
Anyway updates tomorrow xxx

Nails Inc, St. Tropez everyday and Givenchy Toner

Morning!

Firstly about the Givenchy Toner, yes it made me break out, only one small blemish but im not using it until next week as we have the hen night tonight and i have to look my best for that, hopefully it will get better and not
make me break out every time.

Secondly St. Tropez everyday for light to fair skin. I got this after using Dove summer glow which i really liked but i saw this in TK Max f
or £7 you couldn't go wrong. It does make you
brown but in the back of my mind i sill think id prefer dove summer glow so im going to pass on St. Tropez to my mum and see what she thinks.

And lastly i went to nails inc yesterday looking for a peach colour, unfortunately the colour what i was looking for was only in a set which i wasn't going to buy for one colour so i got 2 others. Little Venice which is like a peachy sort of pink and a light brown which i haven't yet put on but it looks really nice and will make my hands look browner.

well thats it for today i will blog again after the hen night

My First Blog!

Hello!

Well I have mostly been inspired to blog by Lollipop26! i swear because of her i have spent so much money on all the stuff she reviews but im defiantly not complaining.
I doubt anyone will follow me but hey il give it a try.
And what better way to start a blog than with a mac haul, its not my first big (well what i would call big) haul and wont be my last although it may be for a while, unfortunately i dont live anywhere near a mac counter and its an hour trip to the nearest one booo!

So today me and sarah booked the afternoon off and drove down to Plymouth for Mac and golf clothes (thank you to sarah for driving :) ) the shopping list consisted of 4 things
  1. Foundation
  2. Blush
  3. All that glitters
  4. Blackground
I will be the first to admit im a bit slow on the Mac bandwagon so iv wanted a foundation for a while but have been waiting to find the right shade in-store. The Mac woman sorted me out a treat with Select SPF 15 in NW20, first i thought it would be too light but it covers nicely. All in all im happy with my purchases in the end i left with
  • Select SPF 15 in NW20
  • Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation in N5
  • Mineralize Blush in Warm Soul
  • Viva Glam ll
  • All that Glitters
  • Blackground
  • Rubenesque
A lot more than i intended on leaving with!
I love how Mac show you how to actually apply the products even though i know i wont be able to do half as good job in the morning and thanks to Warm Soul it looks like i have cheek bones hooray!
On my way out of house of fraiser i also picked up a Givenchy toner, iv never used a toner before and have quite good skin if i say so myself without using it but as it was half price i thought i would give it a go so i will now have something to blog about, hopefully i wont break out.

Well im sorry it was a long one but it was my first, believe me things will cut down once i have nothing to blog about and when i discover no one is reading haha
Anyway i hope i didn't bore you to death please check back i will try to blog often
goodnight :) x
